These terms govern your use of the FluentPitch app and related services. By creating an account or using FluentPitch, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

FluentPitch is a practice tool

FluentPitch helps you rehearse interviews through practice questions and automated feedback. It does not recruit on behalf of employers, make hiring decisions, or guarantee an interview or employment outcome.

Who can use FluentPitch

You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use FluentPitch only with a parent or guardian’s consent.

Your account

• Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it or use it to pool credits or extend an unlimited pass to other people.
• You are responsible for activity that happens through your account.

Credits, passes, and promotions

Practice uses credits unless your active pass says otherwise. Credits may be included with a plan, earned in the app, granted through a promotion, or purchased. Credits are a limited licence to use FluentPitch; they have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be sold or exchanged for money.

Time-limited passes, including Sprint Passes, remove per-session credit costs while they are active. They do not renew automatically. If you purchase the same pass while it is active, its end date is extended. “Unlimited” means your own reasonable personal practice—not account sharing, scripted use, or other automation. We may apply fair-use limits to protect the service.

A promotion may limit who can claim it or how many times it can be claimed. A code can expire before it is redeemed; credits that have already been granted do not expire. A time-limited promotional pass ends on the date shown when it is granted.

Purchases and refunds

iOS purchases are billed by Apple through your App Store account. FluentPitch does not receive or store your payment-card details. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases, never for a purchase you have already made.

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases through reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple grants a refund, we may remove the related credits or pass. A credit balance will never be reduced below zero. If we offer purchases through another channel in the future, its checkout will show the applicable payment and refund terms.

Your content and our service

You keep ownership of your practice recordings and answers. You give us a limited right to process the text transcripts, job information, and aggregate delivery measures needed to operate FluentPitch and provide feedback. Practice recordings remain on your device; see the Privacy Policy for details.

The FluentPitch app, design, software, and generated practice content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent the service.

Use FluentPitch responsibly

Do not use automated tools to access FluentPitch or bulk-generate content. Do not bypass credits, fair-use limits, or feature controls. Do not use the service unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or submit content that you do not have the right to use.

AI feedback is practice feedback

Feedback, scores, reports, and model answers are generated with artificial intelligence and may be wrong or incomplete. Use them as practice material, not as career, legal, or professional advice. Real hiring decisions are made by people whose judgement may differ from FluentPitch’s feedback.

Suspension, deletion, and export

We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms, including for account sharing, automation, or abuse of credits or passes. We may remove benefits obtained through fraud or misuse. You may stop using FluentPitch at any time, export your server-held account data as JSON, and delete your account in the app at Profile → Delete Account.

Changes to FluentPitch or these terms

We may update FluentPitch and these terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date above and provide notice where appropriate. Continuing to use FluentPitch after the updated terms take effect means you accept them. If a change materially reduces a paid feature you already have, we will work to make that right—for example, by extending a pass.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, FluentPitch is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties. To the same extent, our total liability for a claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
